Rogers Inn The Pines is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. An advanced payment of one night’s stay plus tax will be taken when your reservation is confirmed. Your balance is due upon check-out. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date for a refund of your deposit, less a $20 cancellation fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates and policies are always subject to change.
1. All rooms equipped with telephone, Cable TV, high-speed internet access (Wired and Wireless both available), access to printer, iron & ironing board, hair dryers, alarm clock/radio.
2. Room rates include full service breakfast and afternoon refreshments (Adult beverages included)
3. One night deposit required on all reservations
4. Cancellation policy - 48 hours in advance or earlier - $20 cancellation fee
5. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER accepted, along with personal checks and cash.
6. Rates do not include the 5.2 % State and County sales tax.
7. Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Your well mannered dogs are welcome - a $20 non-refundable pet fee will be charged per stay. We do have two Miniature Schnauzers (Herrmann and Heidi) for those that may be allergic. They are all very friendly and get along with both canine and human friends.
