The policies of Rogers Inn at the Pines are as follows:

• Room rates include full service breakfast and afternoon refreshments (Adult beverages included)
• One night's deposit is required and will be charged for all reservations made over the phone. Deposits for one night stays will also include the 4.9% sales tax.  Note: Reservations made via our automated reservation system will be charged a $75.00 deposit fee that will satisfy this requirement.  The balance will be due at check out. 
• Cancellation policy - 48 hours in advance or earlier, $10 cancellation fee will apply
  
• VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER accepted, along with personal checks and cash.
• Inquire about other promotional discounts, including "Rent the Inn" discounts, that could be in effect.
• Golf packages for nearby (1.5 miles) Kings Deer Golf Club are available - inquire for specials.
• Rates do not include the 4.9% State and County sales tax.
